Fauzia Khan, an enlightened and conscious law student has sent her following comments:
Day before yestrday, all news channels telecast  a breakng news that the
court has finally given judgement by awarding death sentence to accused persons......How long will it be  fruitful..?             I dont thnk
this  step would suffice, in  fully preventing a person from indulging in doing crimes..   we need to have a stable law and order situation that ensures decline
in crime rates, especially the serious ones which affect public
perception..whether it is a matter of reservation for women, education or
health facilities, all these should be looked at in a holistic manner and
problems must be immediately identified and directly addressed....!

Fauzia Khan, an enlightened and sensitive student of Law states as below:-

I totally agree, what you have mentioned in your blog. Common man or Aam Aadmi according to me is one who has no voice to express his grievances, watching the treacheries of unscrupulous politicians without a means to vent out their feelings, no guts to right with rowdies and police. Common man is really a person who does not have a connection to the system of exploitation, bribery and swindling and scandalous projects ministers, common man suffers the onslaught of the rich and the mighty struggle day in and day out make both end meets. The people of Bihar expected the Government to being about perceptible improvement in the law & order situation curb the all pervading corruption in public life but in-spite of all promises still we find that the criminals, mafias have the political protection. Increasing number of arrests and convictions of criminals kidnapping is continuing, only because day by day our systems collapse and the system has failed to provide justice in favour of on Common man's ordeals while systems collapse.

Fauzia told me in person that she likes commencing, but is constrained by reason that she is on a mobile system which fails to offer her access into the comments segment
Others too have expressed like constrint, for whom i am govindam below my mail id on which comments may be forwarded. I may use it as input.

Aam Admi, Common Man? My foot.

That is precisely what the common man experiences in its each ordeal each day.
I write this to pat the electronic media, which yesterday kept its viewers in dark, much more than the striking power men did in Bihar.
Power tripped around 5 pm and was restored around 1 am. During the above 8 hour black out, tv channels telecast Modi, his past present and possible future, forgetting that a more important event had occurred which required updating every half hour.
Fact remains that none is concerned, much less worried about Aam Admi, the Common Man. Their ordeals, my bare foot, they say within themselves without speaking aloud, oblivious that ,at times, silence amounts to speech. Is'nt it?
