Part II - Law teacher briefs students....
Section 89 CPC is explained. It states that where it appears to the Court that there exist elements of settlement which may be acceptable to the parties, the court shall formulate terms of settlement and do other prescribed things including resolution by arbitration, conciliation, judicial resolution in lok adalat, mediation, etc.
Now the students carry this assignment to observe the impact of the said  legal provision in the backdrop of the intents expressed by the Law Commission in introducing the said provision.
Once the students return with their respective feedback, things unspoken and deliberately held back by the teacher, would spring out, to startle or astonish those who still think that systems are at work.
