I am on wheels, travelling.
As it usually happens, co- passengers give a good company, more so when you have some topic of interest to chat.
The topic which came handy this time is that which my blogs are attempting to focus on, judicial system.
What triggerred my instant interest was that the judicial system is still seen in India as people's last hope. Rest everything has failed, but one savior was still around, the justice delivery system.
Is this optimism well founded?
No easy yes or no for an answer would suffice.
An objective answer, based on realistic inputs are already in the pipeline, which our readers may not just peruse, but may feel persuaded to comment on.
Especially, the law students are expected to take part in the above exercise.
